Sergio Ramalli is a researcher at the Institute of Structural and Molecular Biology (ISMB). He is a systems architect and software developer at a property management company and the budding founder of his own start up. A successful career by many standards but it didn't start this way. Sergio was kicked out of college and university without a degree, and was left broke and penniless.
Join Sergio through his journey and how he learnt to work with his dyslexia by becoming unapologetic for his apparent weaknesses and playing to his strengths.
1) Intro and how I was affected by dyslexia during school etc...
2) Discovering Irlen syndrome and learning to play to my strengths
3) Recreating myself. Masters, teaching myself programming, etc...
